The high- quality and comfortable building is made of 4 new holiday apartments ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen ) and a double room. Each one with its own entrance, built with excellent finishings and furnished with “charme”.
“La Perla” is an ideal retreat to enjoy the countryside and outdoor activities: around it there is plenty of grassy areas where you can sunbathe, go jogging or walking around, breathing fresh and clean air or rather sit in front of an outdoor fireplace where you can also roast the meat we supply from our organic farm. If you like, you can simply read a book under a tree shadow.
“La Perla” is located in Le Marche Region, in the Province of Fermo and thanks to its good position you can easily reach the most interesting places of this Region and the 40 Municipalities of the Province of Fermo.
There are lots of cultural, historical, religious sites and medevial villages to visit, stunning views and natural beauties to enjoy, delicious food and very good wine to taste, footwear outlets for shopping and so on.
